Event Hosting

I’d love to help you bring any event to life with engaging questions and make sure that authors and panelists feel completely at ease. I specialise in author events, literary festivals and book clubs, but don’t hesitate to get in touch about other topics.

Need a guest or host for you next podcast? I currently host my own sci-fi literature podcast The End of the World Book Club, but am also available as a guest or host for other podcasts!

I’ve interviewed a wide range of actors and authors for videos and press junkets, for my Books & Quills YouTube channel and during my time working at Penguin Random House UK, and am available as a interviewer for my own channels and other media outlets.

I can speak on industry panels about social media in book publishing, the influencer industry and a range of other topics. If you’re looking for talks or workshops, take a look at my Workshops page

  • We have worked with Sanne for over a year now and she has always delivered the very best author events. She is brilliantly prepared, considerate and inquisitive in her questioning, and she makes each author feel completely at ease.

Emily Thomas - Senior PR Manager, Hachette Children’s Group

  • Sanne acted as a co-host for an online book launch event, and helped make everything on the night run smoothly. She was hugely engaging with brilliant questions and managed the audience with ease, we are so grateful for all of her help and would love to work with her again.

Eleanor Stammeijer - Press Officer – Adult Trade, Bonnier Books UK

  • Her insight into digital audiences combined with her creativity, organised approach and natural hosting ability made her a real asset to this project and I would definitely work with her again and recommend her services to others.

Caroline Carpenter - Deputy Features Editor & YA Book Prize Chair
